Appearance:
Clear medium copper, Frothy buff head that falls to thin layer.
Aroma:
Toasted malts and slight earthy hops. Also smells like iced tea.
Flavor:
Nutty and lightly toasted, on the dry side. balancing bitterness on the light side. Well attenuated. Clean, short finish.
Mouthfeel:
Light mouthfeel, appropriately low in CO2, feels authentic
Overall:
A well-made American rendition. A slightly lighter version of Pippin's Fullish Pride
