Poured from 500mL can into a kitchen glass. Best by 12/14/25.
Appearance: medium yellow-gold with a moderate haze (the name means “unfiltered”) and a thick finger of frothy ivory head.
Smell: moderately sweet with a kind of dry, herbal lemoniness to it, like lemongrass or something. It’s not my favorite, but it’s definitely, not, like, repulsive or anything.
Taste: taste is on the sweet side, a little corny, and with plenty of that kinda herbal (or even spiced, like with grains of paradise or something) character. Honestly it reminds me a lot of Blue Moon. Again, not the worst thing in the world, but not a well I’m going back to.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a rather rich creaminess. Surprisingly good!
Overall: if you really like lemon-flavored beers, or Blue Moon, or Shock Top, you’d probably like this one too. Otherwise … you can probably skip it.
