Frozen Cistern is our Fall/Winter warmer brew for when the temperature dips into the 70’s in the Virgin Islands. This dark brew has plenty of roasted malt character and we spice this beer with Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Nutmeg to add to its hearty flavor.

Had on tap. Appearance is pitch black almost with a purple tint, foam cap, very weird for style. Smell is lead by the holiday spices and toasty and caramel malts. Taste is mild in comparison, spices fades before even halfway through the sip and malt depth just isn't there. Feel is malty, thin verging on watery, and simply too weak for the style, but then again it's hot here year round
