So glad to find a brewery like this making American inspired beers along with Czech classics. This beer is a ruby red ale with with a small half finger eggshell head. Some stickiness. Delta, mosaic, and experimental hop 363 used here and are very prevalent throughout the beer. I don't know what the delta or 363 are like but I tend to think of mosaic as a blueberry/citrusy and floral hop and this comes through on the nose quite well. The taste has the same hop characteristics with a faint hint of carmel maltiness. The mouthfeel is pretty thin which contributes a great refreshing aspect to the beer. Never had a red/amber that was marketed as a summer beer but with the citrusy hops and thin mouthfeel it makes a lot of sense.
