Okay, this one was a complete gusher. Despite spending 1/2 hour in the fridge before opening, it lost about half of it's volume immediately after popping the crown. Once the beast settled down enough to be poured (and the clean-up was complete), the beer is a hazy, head liquid. Light malts in the aroma. A touch of hops. Nothing exraodinary. It's quite sweet, and a little hoppy. Nothing expected. Not as grain-like as expected either. Simply okay.

Seasonal beer with spelt (farro).
Chestnut color, amber; average foam, not too much.
At the smell malt and spelt, delicate and not intrusive.
After a while, the hops rise up, with a light fruitmess (figs? Maybe hazeknut too).
Wel structured and balanced taste. The spelt is clearly advertible, but even the hop, without any prevailing of one on the other. Almond, quite persistent.
Medium body. Definite hop in the aftertaste, then malt and spelt.
Good.
