Tasted on nitro-tap 11/06/06 at Jobber's Canyon brewpub in Omaha, NE.
Dark brown with a creamy and lasting light brown head typical of nitro poured beers. Nice robust chocolate and roasty aromas and flavors. Medium bodied creamy smooth with a nice chocolate and roasty coffee-like finish.
My favorite beer for this brewpub... Very nice robust AS !

This beer was served on a nitro-tap. I don't particularly like nitrogenated beers, as it seems to mask many of the more robust flavors, but this beer still had quite a mouthfull of flavor as opposed to Guinn-ass.
The beer was a dark brown, almost opaque black with a nice creamy white head that sticks around through most of the glass. Doesn't lace well at all.
The smell is a bit roasty with some chocolate and coffee aromas. Quite earthy. Very surprising for a nitro beer. The taste was equally as surprisingly robust.
The mouthfeel was a bit flat due to the nitro, and the body was not particularly impressive. I would love to try this beer under CO2; but as long as it is nitrogenated I will continue to drink something else on my visits, though the selection is quite slim pickins.
