I gave this one a try with dinner and was pretty impressed by it served in a snifter there was essentially no head present when the glass arrived at my table. A nice nose with some yeasty notes and a bit of strawberry/cherry mixed in. The taste is darn fine, sweet malts up front, faint, tangy, sour-cherry in the middle, and a smooth even finish with a bit of hop and yeast....a good tasting beer. This is a damn nice beer, I could drind this on in large quanitites, very easy to drink. Glad that I tried it.
