Bottle from pixieskid and Simon in Paris... thanks again guys!
BA lists this as retired, but it isn't... put in an update for it.
Cap says lot 36.2 06/2013
pours with about an inch of head with a nice dark brown hue. The head dies quickly.
The nose has a hint of tartness and brown sugar and caramel malt.
Taste is very bland... almost like tonic water. This is odd... unless my palate is off this morning. Breakfast tasted ok, so I don't think it is. Going to let this warm up a LOT... not that it is that cold, but maybe it will do something for it. Well, not much more, but hints here and there... a bit of caramel malt and brown sugar, but really not much more. I have never had such a bland 7.5% beer. Really easy to drink for sure, lol.

Beer bottle (50cl), tasted in 2006.
Apperance : foam caramel, large bubbles, persistency average
black color, with very dark reflections
Smell : discreet nose, rather roasted
Taste and Mouthfeel : the attack is soft, smooth and mellow. The aromas roasted occur fast enough. Fruitt, Little bitterness at the end
Drinkability : a good beer

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
