Not very experienced in Wee Heavy
A- Deep caramel colored. Half finger head pour vanilla in color, low on retention.
S- Deep caramel and toffee. A very nice sweet malt backbone.
T- So aggressive with caramel and toffee, and the whiskey barrel-aging was 7 months, but spot on with that timing. Great taste, a sipper; grab a bar stool and some friend and enjoy this one!
M- Nice and creamy! Not perfect creamy, but well done creamy. Caramels and toffee linger in your mouth for a long time. Whiskey barrel-aging leaves a nice sting in your mouth.
O- One of my favorite offerings from Dry Dock that I have ever had!

On tap at Hops and Pie, I'm on a tear for whiskey and bourbon barrel beers these days so of course I had to order this. Amber color, short wispy head. Aroma is whiskey, vanilla, barrel, not bad at all. Flavors are all over the place, sweet grains, honey, whiskey, vanilla, barrel. I wanted to like this but the flavors were just so jumbled and didn't flow well at all if that makes sense.
