Had on tap at the brewery.
On arrival a straw colored crystal clear with 1 finger of fine white head was present.after a couple sips impressive lacing is left.
Aroma comes off about traditional pilsners do. Malty, crisp, slightly spicy, and a touch sulfuric. I want a bit more balance as the sulfur sticks out a bit without enough malt or spice.
Taste is pretty good. Again I want a bit more spiciness. Interestingly enough the sulfur on the nose disappears completely making this a bit light flavored until a bit of noble hop bitterness creeps in. Needs more (not too much!) aroma hops. More traditional of a pils than craft Mexican lagers still.
Feel is full with a short to medium finish. Malts dominate the mouthfeel relative to other pilsners with a fullness right up front. Attenuated feel is present which balances the malt. Hops creep in as dryness peaks for a quick burst of bitterness.
Overall this is a decent pilsner. Ove definitely had better, and I've definitely had worse. The water treatment mightve been an afterthought, and here with our hard water hoppy styles are accentuated and malts are dulled. Maybe that's what happened here.

Had on tap, and was a little hazy. wasn't really getting that finish im looking for. Oh well not bad but maybe the most forgettable one I've had so far unfortunately.
