On tap at the Brewery. Dark brown, minimal head and lacing. Smells (and tastes) of buttered toast, sweet malts, a hint of coffee. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing. Easy drinking, a great beer.

On tap at the brewery, they gave me a smaller weizen glass. Clearly not retired I'm drinking it right now.
Look is very nice, bit 2 finger head on a dark reddish brown brew. A decent amount of light gets through here, and no haze. Carbonation doesn't look too lively.
Smell has a bit of lager funk right up front which threw me a bit but it's not too bad, some malts find their way through, with a nice hit of bittering hops, but not all americanized.
Taste is quite nice it has a lager crispness to it, but a nice toasty sweet dark malt profile shines right through. Very light bitterness if any, seems like the hops are hiding, but its a very good refreshing malt showcase.
Feel is actually similar to a lighter lager despite the bigger malts. It goes down easy despite the big head as well. Easy drinking beer all year for malt lovers. Despite no visual carbonation, it still has the bite that you'd expect from any beer.
Overall it's a good beer with a decent to average abv that you can put down easy. Not really the most exciting for the American palate but it's like a fun cross of a Guinness and a Helles.
