LOOK - pale yellow/straw and pretty hazy - 1 finger head upon pour but went away very quickly - reduced to slight lacing and a bit of a ring
SMELL - coconut - some yeast/bread and cracker - pretty subdued
TASTE - malt and biscuit at first - then a blast of sweet syrup and coconut - some chocolate comes through as well - dries out a tad - quite flavorful - some yeast/spice and Belgian notes
FEEL - light bodied and really quite thin and flattened out immensely
OVERALL - I really liked this beer - not overpowering in the coconut notes but plenty - could have used some more chocolate and a bit more yeast and malt and cracker flavor
