On tap at the south dock taproot, 5oz pour.

Look is a golden straw similar to light lager, with not much head going on. On the pour lively carbonation that slows down. Some lacing despite the small head. Looks like a standard beer.

Smell is very light with some fermentation acidity right up front. No sweetness. Mild maltiness coming through the fermentation, but its all very light.

Taste follows the smell, very dry with light malts coming through to the surface at the front. The fermentation acidity is more subdued on the taste which I appreciate. Nice and bright but still malt forward. All malts in the aftertaste little to no bitterness.

Feel is light and easy to put down despite the high abv. Super dry with no sweetness left. Very light like an aal with much stronger carbonation. Lots of bite here. A good summer beer but still very enjoyable in winter.

Overall the flavors are familiar but this style brings big carbonation bite and absolutely no residual malt sweetness. Very light and easy to drink but dangerous at 7.5%
