My wife, a huge fan of the Dry Dock Paragon Apricot Blonde, ordered this one the other day at the Rackhouse, as it was mislabeled as the beer she enjoys so much. That said, this one was fairly similar, and pretty drinkable. Pours a hazy, apricot color, with a good sized white head. On the nose, this one still has a decent amount of apricot, along with a noticeable sour note. On the palate, this one is refreshingly tart, with a little apricot and a somewhat dry finish. Drinkable, and not bad, but nothing special.

Nice orange-yellow color in the snifter. It smells slightly sour and a slight hint of apricots. The taste is lactic and a bit sour with very little apricot compared to their other apricot blonde ale. This is a lot like New Belgium Eric's Ale but not quite as tasty or aromatic. i actually had to buy a growler of the regular apricot just because....
