26·16 is the barrel-aged edition of 25•15, a 2020 Imperial Stout collaboration with The Brew Hut (The Brew Hut)! This barrel-aged beer was brewed in celebration of last year's milestone anniversaries for both The Brew Hut and Dry Dock Brewing! In 2020, Dry Dock celebrated 15 years while The Brew Hut made it to a quarter of a century!⁣ 26•16 was aged in Tawny Port, Oloroso, Pedro Ximinez, Leopold Bourbon, Heaven Hill Bourbon, and Four Roses Bourbon barrels. At a silky smooth, 11.5% ABV, this imperial stout boasts notes of dark fruits (fig, dates, raisins), smooth caramel, melted marshmallow, toffee, and a hint of oak in the backbone.⁣
