Golden amber with a modest off white head. Aroma of peaches, caramel, a little grapefruit. Lightish bodied, Sweet and fruity with peach and biscuit. A touch of grapefruit and kumquat. low bitterness. Very sessionable.

Bottle: a standard dark brown 330mL bottle with a nice art deco-esque label. A nice homage to the old Astor Theatre.
Appearance: poured into a tulip - pours a mid golden-amber colour with fine carbonation across the profile. A one-finger white head pops up and settles to a solid cap. Looks good.
Aroma: toffee and caramel malts with soft grapefruit and lime citrus, with floral hops. Mouth-watering.
Taste: the flavours come through very nicely on the palate: the malts are well-accompanied by the citrus and florals. A touch of earth in there too.
Aftertaste: some hop bitterness and the earth flavours hang about nicely. Very drinkable.
Mouth feel: though it is light-to-moderate in body, this has a great feel. Pretty decent carbonation too - nice.
Overall: a nicely combined mixture of malts and hops that makes for a good sessional pale ale that rivals the best. Quite a surprise from Mildura Breweries, whose beers on the whole are quite expensive and pretty ordinary.

An enjoyable session beer that is light and fruity and a very good Summer choice
aroma: fruity/floral/citrus with some toffee malt. Malt becomes more pronounced as the beer opens up
taste: citrus/orange/spice with some biscuity malt and toffee along with some orange marmalade
easy drinking beer with Australian grown Galaxy hops that are balanced nicely with the malt.
