A: Very pale straw / yellow. A rather creamy, sticky head for a hefe.
S: The banana and clove aromas inherent of German brews are there. Maybe I'm a little bit biased, but the "Canadian Wheat" is apparent.
T: Wheaty, slightly tart, banana & clove. A dash of tartness, blending in with a dash of hoppy bitterness.
M + D: Carbonation is a little aggressive... a bit of sting on the tongue. Otherwise, finish is very clean. Slight flavour notes are apparent post-finish. The German direction is appreciated. Perhaps a little smoother and it would be a better example of the style.
