Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer gushes once opened and eventually calms down and pours a hazy, milky yellow color with a white head. Not a real attractive looking pour. The aroma is wheat, lemons and some grainy notes. Nothing bad, but nothing too exciting.
The flavor is similar. I get a lot of wheat and grain notes as well as some orange and lemon notes. The beer is fairly fruity tasting, but the grainy notes are hurting the overall flavor.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

8 ABV, not 7. Maybe some changes in the beer.
Light blond color, opalescent, almost like a blanche. A lot of a creamy head, not too compact on the sides.
The smell is very, very citric. Too astringency.
The taste is too citric and astringent, too. Lemon, lemonade.
Well, not undrinkabkle, yes, but...
Citric in the aftertaste, too.

BB end 2008. Good presentation with clear blond golden beercolor and well lasting white head. Nose is delicate, hard to define where the brett stops and hops start but certainly both in there in good amounts. Good maltyness and some candysugar used also I guess. Wow yes this is ultrafine, also in taste that's for a brett beer full bodied and even litle maltsweet. Not much sourness and very well and heavy bittered. Good and fine carbonisation also making mouthfeel great and full. Remembers me a lot of the Orval but litle more bitter and more bodied. Highly enjoyable and am shure that I buy some of these again very soon. IMHO highly recomendale brewery as their brune is great too.
