From the 16.9 oz bottle in a snifter. This unique BSDA pours a
dark reddish brown with a modest head of white foam that
settles to a thick ring and a thin dusty layer and light lacing.
Nose of cherry, cranberry, brett funk, dark brown sugars,
candy sugars, and subtle oak. Flavors follow with a few exceptions
of dark berry notes of black, cran, and raspberry, candy sugars,
subtle leather, oak, brett funkiness, and a touch of red wine.
Nice mouth feel; medium body, light carbonation,
and a lightly tart finish.
Overall, unique and highly quaffable considering the
higher ABV.
