Taster at brewery. Very pale golden pour, small spotty white head. Nice grainy bready aroma and taste, biscuity. Smooth, tasty with a light hop profile

light but not boring, hard to do these days, it could be a little drier to max out drinkability, but this is pleasant blonde ale, easygoing and with some hops on the back end. i get just a little honey character through it all including on the finish, and a mild yeast note too, not quite english but not invisible either, there is balance in this even though the malt side is very plain, its well enough refined, straightforward, and mass appeal, but it brings a little more to the table than a lot of these do at the same time, and i appreciate that. its got above average carbonation, a crispness to it despite the light lingering sugars, somehow its true, and there is a radiant freshness here too. i could drink a number of these, and i suspect that is the point. ive always wanted to check out their brewery and try the food too, which i have heard is awesome, but they keep pretty limited hours. hopefully next time out that way i can make it work. this is not a typical throw away easy drinking golden ale, a bit more flavorful than that, well refined, pretty solid overall.

12oz can from the bro. Very light pale color, clear with a creamy bright white head. Sweet light maltiness with a light hop presence, lemon and a touch of snappy coconut, with very spritzy carbonation. Just fine, nothing special.
