Our IPA derives its name from the use of an ample amount of Glacier Hops. Bright, with focus on "flavor" over bitterness. Mildly citrusy and dry hopped for extra flavor and aroma.

On tap a while back when I was passing through Victor... Christine and Ric were cool enough to open up for us an hour early or so.
Great lacing and retention atop a slightly hazed light amber brew.... nose shows a pretty good citrus hop component and a hint of grassy hops... pale malts and a little light caramel maybe are a touch too much for the hoppiness.
Flavor is pretty good.. okay bitterness up front.. again it seems a tad malt driven... biscuity/pale malts.. touches of caramel... citrus hops .. a bit grassy/floral hoppiness...
Body is a little thick.. carbonation is a bit light.
This is a pretty decent brew... needs to be dialed in a bit... I got what I thought was a bit of diacetyl, but I could be wrong.
I will definitely stop in at Wildlife on my next trip to Jackson.
