Our version of the Cream Ale Style is light smooth, and ultra drinkable. It is light in body with delicate hops.

Had this one on a road trip to Jackson Hole a while back... Pours bright yellow... head comes and drops quickly.. still shows decent lacing.
aroma is bready and only hints of grassy hops rise out of the glass..
Flavor is mild and shows only pale malts and the most minor hoppiness...
Body is light with a nice carbonation.
Like a bigboned/craft PBR ... I thought this was thoroughly refreshing and unfortunately a bit out of place in the dead of winter... but a brewer has to keep the "drinkable" beers on tap... I understand. That said, this is a pretty much textbook example of a cream ale.
