On tap at The Rivershark in George, WA. Served in a pint glass.
I'm not entirely sure what style this is. I'm going to go with stout because of the ABV, but it could also be an amber.
Pours a nut brown color and is clear. Modest loose foamy head produces light lacing.
Smell is a sweet malt vinegar scent with some dark fruit notes. Dates and plums maybe.
Taste is a nutty malt flavor with a bit of an acerbic character. A little bourbon flavor.
Mouthfeel is light not heavy as the color implies. Slight cloying character with some heat.
Very drinkable for a high ABV brew. It will sneak up on you, so it's probably not a great session beer.
