From an 11.2 oz bottle stamped 11.22. Sampled Feb 10, 2024. Old bottle here.

The appearance is golden with a lingering, full foamy white head.

Aroma of lemon and citrus with a mild underbelly of wheat grain.

Light to medium mouthfeel. Soft texture.

Sweet orange peel and lemony taste for the most part. Fruity all around. Refreshing.

It tastes like stanky ginger ale and I don't think I'd do myself the disservice of having this again. Drink a Reed's Ginger Ale and you'll have a much better time.

Hazy, murky lemon color pour. The head is 1 finger, white, and fairly long lasting. Some lacing on the glass.
Aroma is a faint lemon.
Flavor is lemon. There's a bit of malt that also shines here.
Body is light, crisp feeling, and quite refreshing.
Delicious is the best word to describe this beer overall.

I found this Paulaner brew accidentally while looking for it's festbier cousin. This little devil pours a mostly normal cloudy color for hefeweizen, and has a slightly sweeter nose. The taste is definitely much sweeter, just shy of candy. These would be incredible in the summer. Additionally they are also non-alcoholic. I am disappointed that I have not heard of this until now, but will be watching going forward.

Pours slightly hazy, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is big lemonade with white sugar and a touch white crusty bread. Sweet, light bodied, medium carbonation. Definitely has some of the Paulaner yeast. I can tell this radler is part of their family of beers. Very sweet but also very refreshing on a hot day. Could maybe benefit by a little less sugar but still one I would get again.

11.2oz bottle, shared with my pregnant sister-in-law, Lilli. Hazy golden body with a foamy white head. Aroma is lemon juice and weisse bier. Flavors are very lemony and refreshing; wheat, clove, bready yeast, and faint bubble gum go with the lemon juice well. Medium body, carbonation makes it feel fuller, sweet yet sour lemon finish. For non-alcoholic, this is good.

330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 10/2020. Pours very hazy golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon juice/pulp, lime, citrus peel/zest, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, clove, wood, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of lemon juice, pale/wheat malts; and light-moderate fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lemon juice/pulp, lime, citrus peel/zest, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, clove, wood, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and citrus/wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy citrus juice/pulp/peel/zest, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, banana, bubblegum, clove, wood, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of lemon juice, pale/wheat malts; and light-moderate fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tart/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Overall this is an outstadning NA radler style. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of lemon juice, pale/wheat malts; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/spicy/tart/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery at all. Perfectly balanced between weissbier and citrus juice flavors; solid hops presence/balance. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering and amazing style example. Best NA beer I have had.

Paulaner Weizen-Radler Non-Alcoholic
Served in Weizen vase glass

Look:
Cloudy yellow in color with bright white head with poor retention and fine bubble texture.

Smell:
Lemon and bready aromas dominate. No noticeable hop aroma or fermentation character.

Taste:
Obviously lemonade-heavy. Lots of sweetness with a slight hint of tartness. Bready undercurrents follow with no hop flavor or bitterness. Balance is very sweet, almost cloying, and has no lingering harshness or astringency. Old/stale flavor.

Feel:
Moderate carbonation with no alcohol, creaminess, or warmth. Medium-light body.

Overall:
Beer is slightly refreshing, but misses the mark by being a little too sweet and not being balanced in any way.

Pours a hazy orange, long lasting but small head of foam.

Lemon citrus and a cereal aroma.

Same for the taste. .If I am going to venture to the 0.5 % abv wild side, I reckon I could do worse but really?
