It's showtime! Are you ready for Annalena's latest beer creation?
Miss Monroe – a true natural beauty. Strong in character and full of flavor, it was brewed as a red beer according to Franconian brewing tradition. The Monroe hops not only give it its name, but also its aroma and flavor nuances of ripe fruit and red berries.
It shimmers reddish-brown in the sunlight, has a malty body, and an irresistible expressiveness. Elegance and refinement, it surprises with its depth of flavor and immediately captivates every connoisseur.

Poured from 750mL swing-top bottle filled at the brewery a half hour ago into a glass tumbler. This is a Franconian-style rotbier.
Appearance: golden-amber hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweetish malt with a lovely caramel character. It’s maybe starting to verge on too sweet, but still, I like it.
Taste: very bready and a bit caramelly like the aroma. There’s also a little biscuitiness to the malt, which isn’t usually my favorite, but here it kind of works to help dry it out a little. Hops are mild and kind of earthy, and the bitterness is nicely balanced.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I’m not always a red lager kind of a guy, but I haven’t had Franconian rotbier before, I don’t think. Maybe this’ll do the trick!
