L: Pours a classic blonde body, head is 2 finger thick, then slowly goes to a soapy foam. Very blonde.
S: This beer has to be smelled when it's being poured. It is bursting with blueberries when you throw it properly. Slightly honey and a hawaiian breadiness on the back.
T: Blueberry obviously, coriander, navel oranges, honey, orange blossoms, XXX vitamin water, pomegranate, lemon head.
F: Thin, crisp, tart on the backend, and clean.
O: If you're not into blondes or fruit beers, this will not be for you. However, I must state that this is a great spring treat as the weather is warming up here in California. It is very refreshing. Having lived in Maine and Vermont, blueberry season is going on. This is exactly how beers taste with blueberries infused. My only complaint is I wish it was unfiltered and had a blue hue to it.

I made the mistake of buying this beer in cans. Tastes like cheap bitter beer with a metallic taste. Absolutely no fruity taste or smell. More of a full bodied beer then Pale Ale. Might be better in bottles. I don't recommend buying it in cans.

Very few blueberry beers take on any kind of appearance that reflects the blue skin of the berry. This is no exception. It does pour a nice blonde color with a nice 3/5" white head. Aroma did give some blueberry in a light floral sense.
Relatively dry and without substantial sweetness, I'm already slightly relieved. Still found the blueberry character to be lacking though, a common complaint for me with this fruit and beer interaction. There's a few good ones (blabaer, that one place and beauregarde). Amply carbonated and then some.

On tap at SLO Brewing Company in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of blueberry muffins and blueberry pancakes. Taste is much the same with some malt flavors and a fruity finish. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with some nice blueberry aromas and flavors that make it quite easy to drink.

Pours out looking like a non fruit beer, i.e., yellow w/ a white/off white head, not much lacing or retention. Aroma was a little bitter blueberry.
So it keeps the sweetness down, something a lot of the fruitier colored beers have a hard time doing, but you don't get enough blueberry flavor here like you do in some of the blueberry stouts on the market. Not bad, keeps bitterness/sweetness balanced, but just not enough fruit/blueberry character to it.
Carbonation seems a little on the high end. A little better if you let it sit, but as it warms you won't get more fruit, and its what i would call a hot weather beer, so you probably want to drink it cold, maybe pop the top and put it in the fridge for 5 more minutes.

My favorite beer in the whole wide world. There use to be only one place that I could get this beer (Barney's Beanery in West Hollywood, CA) but they have since stopped carrying it.
It's flavorful and light and amazingly refreshing. I love this beer like nothing else and holds a very high number one on my list.
If anyone knows where I can get this beer at in SoCal, please let me know!!

Appearance is an orange amber with minimal head that settles to a thin layer. Smell has the hint of blueberries, hops and spice. I can also taste a hint of the blueberries, spice and the right amount of hops. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation.
Not much on fruit beers, but this is a lot better than I antisipated, a good well rounded brew thats not infused with an artificial blueberriness that I've experienced with others.
