Cloudy straw color without much of a head. Some streaks for lace.
Light aroma with a touch of sourness to the nose. I do not get any banana, clove, or what to the nose.
High carbonation. Here, the flavor does draw out a strong wheat flavor. Clean and crisp, this fits the classic expectations. Lengthy aftertaste with a notable sour touch.

Stay away. Just stay away. This was possibly the worst hef I've ever come across. Weak, watery, cat dander-y, an extremely offputting burnt wheat smell. It smells like goat urine, if that goat subsisted mainly on citrus.

On tap at SLO Brewing Company in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a foamy beige head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, wheat, and some grassy aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty average beer that is drinkable but nothing that stands out.

Had this on tap at the brewery. It poured a thick wheat golden color with a tight white head and good lace. The smell was of wheat and lemon with a hint of banana. The taste was of wheat and lemon, but it had a bitter sour finish to the taste and that turned me off. The bitterness with the sour taste did nothing for this beer!
