Pours a clear, golden colour, with a creamy white head, good retention. Lots of sweet malt, fruit and vanilla in the nose. This is a smooth, easy drinking beer for 7.2% abv. Alcohol is very deceptive. Creamy body, light mouthfeel. Taste is quite sweet, with some fruitiness. Hops are subdued but add a slight bitterness. Pretty enjoyable offering at the SLO brewpub.

Taste is sweet and mildly hopped. Mild fruit flavors in this and some vanilla. Mild bittering hops.
Mouthfeel is good, thicker than expected.

This is also called ´´Three Malted´. It has a medium malty taste, which is very smooth, along with the medium hops, this gave it a mild and pleasant feel to the palete, with a pleasant aroma to match the taste. The color is of a light brown with very little foam. This is served only on tap at the brewery.
