500ml Bottle conditioned: BBD of Feb 2014. Poured into an 'Old Speckled Hen' badged vase shaped pint glass at home on 27 Jun 2013.
No sediment left the bottle: I got a lovely looking beer, mahogany red/brown, almost bright in nature, just a mini-haze like mist in the body. The off-white head started thin and stayed that way.
Fruity nose with a sweet malty molasses base, the taste followed in the same vein.
Good strong body for a 4.1% ABV brew and the sort of rich maltiness I prefer in my Bitters.
My 10th beer from Uncle Stuart's and I'm warming to the guy.
