Had this on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and giant effervescence. Head is a thick finger of creamy white foam. Nice!
Smell: light wheaty aroma with a graininess and a mild banana character. Not bad.
Taste: refreshing, wheaty, malty character with a nice banana component. There's a bit of astringency here I don't love, but overall it is pretty decent.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a huge carbonation and wonderful creaminess. Love it!
Overall: a tasty and drinkable hefeweizen. Not quite up to real Bavarian standards, but not bad at all for an American version.
