This is a big creamy dark brown stout, served on nitro at the Missoula location. The tan head lasts, and coats the glass with lacing.
The beer itself doesn't quite match the appearance, but it's pretty good. The aroma is roasted malts. The mouthfeel is almost chewy, nice and thick. The taste leans towards a milk stout. I get some cocoa in the roasted malts, and there's definite bitterness, which I like.
