Nothing beats living on Flathead Lake besides fishing on Flathead Lake! So we had to name our Tripel in honor of the mighty three hook treble fishhook used by fishermen here in Montana. Our version pairs distinct Belgian yeast and mild sweetness. The aroma and flavor run complex: tart citrus, yeast, malty, apple, pear, white grape, alcohol warming, with a dry and spicy finish. Malt: pilsner, wheat, honey, and Turbinado sugar. Hops: Golding.
