We've brewed a double IPA for the true hop enthusiast. A mild malt body with mostly Montana grown 2-Row Pale allows the floral and berry hop profile to be prominent. We utilize the Mosaic® variety of hops for aroma. A big, clean, crisp finish tops this beer off at 8.2%

Look: Poured from a can to pint glass. Color was a hazy amber, almost burnt orange, with about a half inch of white head. Really nice-looking beer.
Smell: Strong floral aromas, citrus, pine, grapefruit. Some tropical fruit aromas coming through as well.
Taste: Similar to the smell - citrusy with a lot of floral and tropical fruits. A bit sweeter than I would prefer for the style, but still very pleasant.
Feel: Hoppy but not overly so for a DIPA. Medium bodied, pretty easy to drink with a reasonable ABV.
Overall: Really solid offering here. I typically prefer a more imperial DIPA, but this was a really pleasant brew with the right combination of floral and citrus, which made for a nice flavor profile.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a deep golden amber color with a one finger head of billowy white foam. The head has a great level of retention, very slowly fading over time to leave a ton of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is very strong of a grapefruit citrus hop aroma mixed with a strong showing of tropical fruit aromas of mango, papaya, pineapple and tangerine. Along with these smells comes other smells of bread and a bit of caramel.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and tropical fruit flavor of tangerine, mango, and some papaya with a moderate sum of grapefruit hop as well as a bit of caramel. The grapefruit hop gets slightly stronger while the caramel fades. All the while, the tropical fruit surges, the breadyiness turns to a more doughy taste, and some lighter pine and herbal hop flavors come to the tongue more toward the end, and leave one with a rather nice and richly malted and sweeter, but robustly hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the moderate to slightly thicker side with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the malt, tropical fruits, and nice hop blend the feel is quite nice, allowing for all the rich flavors to be well appreciated and still keeping the brew drinkable, but not too drinkable.
Overall – This is a rather tasty and rich (but not overly rich) double IPA. It's sorta strange, while it is heavy in flavor it is still very light in profile. Flavorful, tasty, and very drinkable.
