Windjammer White IPA

A dance between two beer styles, this brew is hopped appropriately for an American-style IPA with pounds of Cryo Mosaic and Pacifica hops expressing citrus, pine, candied mango, and subtle grassy notes. This beer has a malt bill that mimics a Wheat Ale creating a cloudy creamy smooth backbone and fermented high to stress the yeast to produce more esters and phenols.
Malts: Montana 2-Row Pale, Wheat, Chit, and Rolled Oats.
Hops: Mosaic and Pacifica.
