Sampled on 7/31/2009 at the brewpub in Victoria, from a flight of six. About average in appearance and the smell was unremarkable. Very clean and crisp initial taste. Just a hint of honey -- really not a sweet beer at all. I was surprised by the amount of hops in this beer: the finish was noticeably bitter.
All in all, a very nice, quite drinkable beer. The honey just takes the edge off of the hoppiness.

Another great beer from Swan's. This was brewed in commemoration of the Tall Ship festival.
Light orange to gold in colour with a nice frothed-milk like head. Standard pale ale smell: faint toffee, yeast, malt bread. Slight honey sweetness. Nothing too exciting, but not bad.
Well balanced taste. Pale malts, honey, slight citrusy flavour from the hops and just the right amount of bitterness.
Carbonation is a bit heavy, this feels a bit rough on the tongue. Still a good session ale, and another good brew from Swan's.
