A - poured from a 650ml bottle into a mug. It pours clear deep amber. The head is off-white and leaves some lace at the top of the glass.
S - tart honey, caramel, piny hops and candy
T - heavy sweet malt, honey, yeast, details of ripe fruit and a pine/sap hop finish
M - medium carbonation, thick viscous body and a mouth drying finish
D - I really enjoy the transition from the malt flavors to the piny hops and yeasty details
