Swans Brewpub 'Black Swan' @ 8.5% , served from a 650 ml bottle , bought for $6 in '12 & $7 in '15
A-pour is near black from bottle to glass with a small quick dissapating tan head leaving a fine spotty lace film along the pint after every sip
S-hints of cherry , roasted malts & barley ,
T-the hint of cherry at the start ,somewhat smooth followed by roasted barley , smoke & some oaked aged bitterness at the end
MF-mild/medium carbonation , big full body , definate difference from year to year
Ov-ok /good beer , not the best local RIS , revisited with the '15 vintage, still haven't cellared , yet
