"Our 90+ schilling is far and away a wee heavy. Hop presence is kept low to allow the full richness of seven different malts to shine through."
Nice solid malt leading ale. Tough to pick up much on the aroma, mostly neutral. Malty and rich without being sweet. Classic dark amber with copper and red tints. Very small head, although it sat in a growler for a couple of weeks. Enough hops and soft bitterness at the finish to cut the sweetness down and prevent excess there. Moderate to bigger feel. Nice satisfying ale for a cold winter night. Nicely done.
Thanks Mike.

Good scotch ale. Not too Smokey, more sweet malt flavor.
