Had this on-tap and from the growler. It pours a clear golden/amber color. A 1/4 inch off-white head forms and reduces leaving minimal lacing. Carbonation is visible.
The aroma is a blend of earthy hops with a caramel sweet malt backbone. A bit of fresh grass.
The taste is again that earthy hopping with a primarily caramel malt and a somewhat bready component.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a okay level of carbonation. It definitely goes down smooth and leaves just a touch of dryness.
Overall, I actually feel the components of this beer are not overly strong, but they blend together nicely and make a solid beer that I can more than once and not mind going back for more.
