On tap at the Granite State Brewers Assn Summer brewfest in Manchester, NH on July 25, 2015.
I have had a lot of beers from their brewery but this was a new one I had not had before.
Yellow amber pour with a modest head.
That ginger is omnipresent in the aroma with the toasted wheat and earthy hop notes more in the background.
Light and refreshing body.
The ginger in the taste is prominent and slightly burning...but that's what ginger does. They put out a Weasel Wheat and Raspberry Weasel Wheat but this is better than those.

Earthy spicy wheat maltiness with a hint of ginger that doesn't overpower. Light fruitiness crisp body. Not bad really.
