After a long, arduous, and dry bout of finals, I rewarded myself with a Woodstock Brewery variety pack upon arrive back to the Great North that is New Hampshire. Reaching my fingers into the magic box, I was fortunate to extract this ‘Exit 32’ Pale Ale, whose honey color and frothy foam was a welcome return to the world of brew. Butterscotch notes reminded me of the soothing Werther’s Original you get on your way out of the doctor’s office. Low to medium carbonation really let the flavors speak for themselves inside my mouth. Can’t wait to finish these ladies and their cousins.”

From the 12 fl. oz. can dated 11/18/19. Sampled on December 24, 2019.
Handsome looking medium olive-amber pour underneath a moderate, foamy white head and okay clarity.
The aroma is at first clean but then I get a barley grain toasty note and a citrus hop profile. But subtle.
Light to medium body.
Sweet and citrus taste with a very mild bitterness. Clean overall. Nothing special about it although refreshing. It is what it is.

Can from a Lazy Dog
Lightly hazy light gold in color with a bubbly white head that persists.
Spicy mineral water with a heavy butterscotch flavor. Light earthy bitter hops. Pours some on your popcorn.
