Popurs cloudy golden beer with huge compact white head, good retention. Smell is a bit sour for weissbier, and less spicy, than expected. Taste is not very intense, not very bright organoleptic characteristics, more bready tones, less balanced, and excessively watery. Average weizen.

Served in a 0.5l Zotler weizen-bier glass at Hotel Alte Post, Mindelheim Germany 4/11/12.
A: Served a glowing lemon yellow with loads of haze and a tower of bright-white meringue-like foam on top. Retention was fantastic with one full finger remaining at the very end of the glass. A sticky lacy mess was left behind, coating the inside of the entire glass.
S: Aromas of banana, clove, lightly toasted grain, and noble hops. Restrained.
T: The taste follows the smell very closely. Again, restrained.
M: Suprisingly dry and mineral-like. Would've liked a bit more smoothness. Finished quite dry.
O: Very refreshing, but smell and taste we're just too safe.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a soft white head that fades quickly leaving almost no lacing around the glass.
Smell is zesty, lemon, yeast, clove
Taste is zesty with lemon, banana bread and some spicy notes.
An average easy drinking weiss bier. I liked it and would drink it again.
Thanks to Erzengel for this one.

A- Looks like Natural Lemonade, higher end for carbonation, white head
s- Yeast and Bananas
T- A fruity sweetness to it,
M- Can feel the carbonation bubbles all around you mouth which give a nice tingle sensation, light body
D- For a Natural beer I found this very good. Though I tend to like a bit more in my flavor this beer is still great for a warm summer day.

Zötler 0.5 l bottle.
One of several beers brought back from a short trip to Germany.
Strawyellow (or lemmonjuice) colour, with a good head.
Smell is floral, herbs, banana, this next to the bread and yeastyness.
Similar taste. Hardly any bitterness. Not much hops in this.
In fact, it's allmost sweet.
Mouthfeel is very clean, with a quick finish. Refreshing.
This is a good hefe.
Not a wide range of flavours, but it's balanced and uncomplicated. If you like easy, look no further.
