This won the Homebrewing Competition at Störtebeker in 2017.The Recipe was brewed & released as a one-off Batch.

-pours a hazy golden with a small to medium,foamy,white head

-lemon,mango,orange,melon,honey,faint passionfruit

-Follows the nose + herbs
-medium to high bitterniss for the style

-slight alcohol noticeable

It takes a lot to make me like Pale Bock Beers, this one absolutely did.
It's not just sweet & overly boozy like most examples of the style, it is not too heavy, despite 7% abv and it's easy drinking with a great Aroma Hop Burst (Hüll Melon & El Dorado).
