Yields a slightly clouded pale golden color with a huge, spongy and fast receding white head.
Offers aromas of coppery straw, toffee and toasty hazelnuts.
Has a very light, highly carbonated body with a prominent effervescence to it.
Tastes of dry herbs and doughy toffee with a lighter note of spices, including cardamom and allspice, adding a nice complexity to the malts. Has a malt forward mid palate with dusty spices and lighter rock sugar. Finishes with banana peel, straw and a light crispness from the subtle hops in this.
A very light, solid done Wit.
