A: Pour is clear golden with a large white head. The head sinks medium-fast and leaves only little lacings.
S: Dry malt and bitter hops, only faint citric notes in this bready smell. A very faint tone of roast.
T: Fruity taste (?!). The malt has some sweetness but isn't very well balanced. Bitter hops and citric notes.
M: Aftertaste stays for a little while and holds some sweetness and faint bitterness. Body is creamy, medium-full and carbonation isn't to offensive.
D: A standard Dortmunder - not bad but not very good either.
