Yields an entirely clouded yellow colored beer with a bigger, noisy head atop.
Offers heavenly aromas, mainly defined by exotic fruits, lime pulp and dried blueberries.
Drinks utmost creamy, yet refreshing with a vivid, lively carbonation, leading to a well balanced refreshment.
Tastes of fresh cut limes, delivering a vibrant, yet bitter dryness among a well pronounced fruit basket complexity with extra emphasis on unripe papaya and luscious oranges. This got a very well integrated sweet malt backbone to it, gently adding to the prominent, fruit forward tasting hops, while allowing them at the same time to develop a pungent, well balanced bitterness. Finishes creamy with soft pineapple and prickly passionfruit among a maintaining bitterness featuring fresh limes all day long.
This is truly a very well done New England IPA with a great overall balance to it, topped off by well working fruit- and bitterness interplay.
