Pours a clear amber color with a big, spongy head atop.
Smells of spicy, fresh cut grass together with dried figs, gentle toffee and a whiff of whole grain bread.
Drinks soft, while finishing with a spritzy, effervescent ending.
Tastes of earthy, rustic toffee, together with garden herbs, which develop a gentle, spicy dryness. Offers a mellow, velvet mouthfeel then with lighter, well fitting hay, maintaining dry herbs and a powerful, spicy, wooden punch on both sides of the tongue. Finishes with a succeeding honey sweetness, parting through a well pronounced dry- and rustic maltiness, adding a pleasant peak to this, which lasts quite long on the tongue.
Easy drinking, complex, soft and well balanced Bock with a fantastic hoppiness to it, making this fun from the beginning until the end.
