A: Pours pale golden with a thick creamy white head that dissipates into decent lacings.
S: Sweet grainy, bready malt. Bitter hops, way in the back. Some citric notes.
T: Very mild taste; sweet bready malt and a faint hint of bitter hops.
M: Smooth creamy body and richly carbonated. Aftertaste is short and almost buttery.
O: A standard Dortmunder; that gets the job done, but really nothing more.
