-pours a hazy light amber with a small,quickly dissipating,foamy,white head
-low carbonation visible

-oak,light peat smoke,vanilla,coconut,herbal,malty

-malty,light peat smoke,caramel,vanilla,honey,black pepper
-finishes dry

Barrel-Aging an IPA is often a bad Idea as the Hops usually don't survive the aging and that's the Case in this one.
The Beer was aged in Whisky casks (Störtebeker' own & Laphroaig) and takes on the typical Aromas + the Laphroaig peat smoke.
This one is still a pretty good BA Beer, just not an IPA anymore.
