A: Clear golden pour with a rather tall, fluffy but still compact. off-white creamy head. Slow dissipation and rich lacings.
S: Lots of sweet malts. Some bitter hops, but this is all about the malt. Lots of dried fruits. Clean.
T: Very sweet, bready malt. Nice fruit, dried but also ripe; red apples and pears. Swedish crisp-bread. In the back some bitter hops.
M: Aftertaste is short and very sweet. Body is full and low carbonation - very smooth.
O: This is a well crafted Maibock, very typical of the style, when everything is going right.
